Yes. After you sign a franchise agreement, you will receive a copy of the Confidential Operations Manual containing policies and procedures involving Farmacia Ni Dok franchise operation. Since this is a proprietary of Farmacia Ni Dok, we request the franchisee to keep it with utmost confidentiality.

Yes, franchisee and their staffs will be train on pharmacy practice & regulations, good dispensing practice/FDA inspection, pharmaceutical products/product knowledge and store policies.

Minimum store requirement of 15 sqm (FDA minimum requirement).

It’s the discretion of the franchisee to exercise the operating hours based on environmental factors. Generally, opens at 8am and closes at 8pm.

We exercise proper allocation of medicines according to movement. Hence, we make sure that all medicines are of utmost importance. Therefore, we do not encourage any return of medicine as this forms part of the initial stocks and maintaining inventory.

Branded medicines can be replaced 6 months before the expiration.

Cash on delivery or terms. To avoid delay on delivery the franchisee will pay the account payables first per invoice.

• We will evaluate your application and request for other requirements as needed.
• IF APPROVED, we will discussand review with you the Franchise Agreement.
• We will set the formal signing of the franchise and payment of franchise fee.
• Franchise undergoes and completes the training and registration requirements as well as prepares for grand opening.
